John T. Cullen: A Young New England Poet
Nearly 500 Poems. The book cover at right is one of about three anthologies of my extensive collection. I wrote most of these poems principally in high school, in college, during my starving artist period (three years after college), and during my U.S. Army service (stationed in West Germany 5 yrs). During my late twenties, I channeled all that poetic energy and music into writing the rest of my forty+ novels (I was closing in ten novels around age 30). I'll be discussing all this and more in notes and articles to follow, after I get this webplex (several dozen linked sites) up and fully running.
Read Free or Buy. In 2018, I started building the Galley City concept. Originally, readers could read entire books free, and buy them if they liked (to help me out, and to have the books in their collection). Then, thinking better of it, I changed the novels to read half free/try-buy. The short stories and poems, however, as of 2020 are still free. Check out my double YA/NA poetry and fiction sites. You'll find poetry here at Teenage Poet and my teenage novel here at Teenage-Author. The two sites are linked by a toggle so that, no matter which one you go to, you can push the click=toggle button and land on the other, going back and forth as desired.
Calling Earth. The book cover at right takes you to my most extensive collection, with about three hundred (maybe more) poems written principally in high school, in college, during my starving artist period (three years after college), and during my U.S. Army service (stationed in West Germany 5 yrs).
