= My Author Pseudonyms =
Author Names: I have written over fifty books, and (like many authors) have published under various pseudonyms. Among those, these three are the primaries:
John T. Cullen, my every-day name in the English speaking world, which I use as a pseudonym on my nonfiction (NF) and thriller fiction;
Jean-Thomas Cullen, my European ('real') birth name, which I have used on some Big Romantic Adventure novels;
John Argo, pseudonym I adopted
in 1996 for SFFH (and some suspense) derived from the Sense of Wonder about the early Internet. Given my background in Lit & Classics,
I chose Argo to reflect Bronze Age mythology about the ship of wonder (Argo) on which Jason and the Argonauts (lit. Argo-sailors) went out on adventures in the outer space or cyberspace of that age, namely from the Aegean up into the Pontic (Black) Sea. Click the glasses to see more information.
= Reviews and Notes =
Great History! I have started gathering reviews and other historical notes from my many years as an author, poet, editor, and more. Please click the link at right to visit the growing number of pages celebrating my many years online, and my over fifty titles (fiction, nonfiction, poetry) mostly published through my own San Diego small press imprint Clocktower Books (online since early 1996). For more history info, please also see the Clocktower Books Museum website.
